SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PROGRAM FLASH SALE BIG RAMADAN SALE (BRS) 5 MOBIL & 5 MOTOR

  1. PT Shopee International Indonesia (“Shopee”) menyelenggarakan Flash Sale Mobil & Motor Rp1000, dimana Pengguna berkesempatan untuk membeli 5 produk mobil dan 5 produk motor (masing-masing disebut, “Produk”) pada program flash sale dengan harga Rp 1.000 (“Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor”) sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang tercantum di halaman ini (“Syarat dan Ketentuan”). Syarat dan Ketentuan ini merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari setiap dan seluruh Kebijakan Shopee (https://help.shopee.co.id/portal/4/article/73512-Kebijakan-Shopee)

  2. Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor diselenggarakan oleh Shopee, bekerja sama dengan PT AirPay International Indonesia dan PT Bank Seabank Indonesia (seluruhnya bersama-sama dengan Shopee disebut sebagai “Pihak Penyelenggara”).

  3. Pembeli adalah pemilik dari Akun yang digunakan untuk checkout Produk pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor. Dengan berpartisipasi dalam Program ini, Pembeli akan dianggap telah menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang dijelaskan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

  4. Pembeli memahami dan setuju bahwa: a) Pengguna dapat berkesempatan untuk membeli Produk pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 2, 3, 14, 17, 24, dan 25 pada bulan Maret 2025. b) Sehubungan dengan metode pembayaran, mohon diperhatikan bahwa (i) untuk rilis Produk pada tanggal 17 Maret 2025 pukul 21.00 & 21.30 WIB di Shopee Live, pembayaran wajib menggunakan Seabank & ShopeePay, sedangkan produk pada tanggal 24 Maret 2025 pukul 21.00 WIB di Shopee Live, pembayaran wajib menggunakan Seabank. Pada tanggal 24 Maret pukul 21.30 WIB dan 25 Maret Pukul 20.00 WIB, pembayaran wajib menggunakan ShopeePay. Selanjutnya (ii) untuk rilis Produk tanggal 2, 3, dan 14 Maret 2025 pada Shopee Live, pembayaran dapat menggunakan semua metode pembayaran yang tersedia pada Platform Shopee kecuali Cash on Delivery (COD) c) Pengguna tidak dapat memilih spesifikasi, tipe dan warna Produk yang berhasil di-checkout. d) Shopee akan melakukan verifikasi terkait info identitas diri Pembeli. Shopee berhak membatalkan pesanan apabila menurut kebijakan tunggal Shopee terjadi indikasi kecurangan dan/atau aktivitas tidak wajar. e) Pembelian Produk pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor hanya dapat dilakukan untuk maksimal 1 (satu) kali checkout per Pengguna. Shopee dapat secara otomatis membatalkan pembelian Pengguna atas Produk pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor apabila: (i) Pengguna sudah pernah melakukan pembelian produk Flash Sale yang memiliki skema harga yang serupa dan/atau produk serupa pada Flash Sale yang diselenggarakan Shopee sebelumnya; (ii) Pengguna melakukan checkout lebih dari 1 Produk yang sama pada periode Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor yang sama; (iii) Shopee menemukan indikasi kecurangan dan/atau aktivitas yang tidak wajar; (iv) Terdapat permasalahan terkait verifikasi data identitas diri Pengguna; atau (v) Pengguna terindikasi melanggar syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku (termasuk setiap Kebijakan Shopee), termasuk dengan pembukaan dan penggunaan lebih dari satu Akun. f) Pengumuman pesanan terkonfirmasi hanya akan dilakukan melalui akun resmi Shopee.

  1. Apabila Pembeli berhasil melakukan checkout dan pesanan terkonfirmasi: a) Pembeli wajib setiap saat bersedia dan dapat dihubungi oleh Shopee. Pembeli setuju bahwa Pihak Penyelenggara akan menghubungi Pembeli dengan menggunakan informasi Pembeli yang tersimpan pada Platform Shopee. b) Pembeli wajib mengirim data yang diminta oleh Shopee paling lambat 3 hari setelah pembelian mobil atau motor pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor terkonfirmasi oleh pihak Shopee, termasuk data screenshot keberhasilan pembelian. c) Seluruh biaya terkait pembelian kendaraan bermotor (PPN, PKB, BBN-KB, BPKB & STNK) ditanggung Pihak Penyelenggara, kecuali biaya Produk sebesar Rp1.000 dan ongkos kirim yang tertera pada saat Pembeli melakukan checkout. d) Proses pengiriman Produk akan diproses paling lambat 90 hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal pembelian produk. e) Pembeli wajib melakukan 2 (dua) kali posting di media sosial Instagram Pembeli berupa: (i) Foto selfie dengan screenshot halaman checkout paling lambat 2 hari setelah pesanan Pembeli terkonfirmasi oleh pihak shopee pada Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor; dan (ii) Foto selfie dengan Produk Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor paling lambat 3 hari setelah produk diterima. f) Pembeli wajib memposting di akun media sosial Instagram Pembeli yang aktif (bukan akun baru), bersama dengan testimoni atau kesan pesan berhasil melakukan checkout dalam Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor. Pembeli wajib men-tag akun @Shopee_ID dengan hashtag #BRSFlashSale5Mobil5Motor, #BRSFlashSaleShopee dan #BRSShopeeLive. g) Pihak Penyelenggara serta afiliasinya maupun pihak lainnya yang ditunjuk olehnya berhak meminta dan menggunakan suara, gambar, foto, dan nama Pembeli untuk kebutuhan publikasi dalam bentuk media apa pun, termasuk iklan, pemasaran, atau materi promosi, untuk periode yang tidak terbatas, baik sebelum ataupun sesudah periode Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor tanpa adanya kompensasi tambahan atau pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada Pembeli. Pembeli dengan ini menyetujui penggunaan tersebut oleh Pihak Penyelenggara, afiliasinya maupun pihak lainnya yang ditunjuk oleh Pihak Penyelenggara.

  2. Karyawan dan/atau Keluarga Inti dari Karyawan Shopee dan perusahaan terafiliasi tidak diperbolehkan untuk berpartisipasi dan/atau mengikuti pembelian produk Flash Sale yang diselenggarakan oleh Shopee. Apabila Karyawan dan/atau Keluarga Inti Karyawan Shopee secara sengaja atau tidak sengaja mengikuti pembelian produk Flash Sale yang diselenggarakan oleh Shopee, pembelian tersebut akan dibatalkan dan wajib dikembalikan kepada Shopee. Apabila Karyawan dan/atau Keluarga Inti Karyawan Shopee yang mengikuti pembelian produk Flash Sale kemudian diketahui bahwa terdapat campur tangan Karyawan lain dalam pengaturan kemenangan tersebut, maka Karyawan yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan sanksi disipliner.

  3. Keputusan Shopee pada semua hal terkait dengan Program Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil dan 5 Motor bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat. Shopee berhak mengubah Syarat & Ketentuan yang berlaku serta menghentikan program tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada pihak mana pun. Shopee berhak untuk menangguhkan, memberhentikan, membatalkan dan/atau menarik kembali pesanan apabila Shopee menemukan adanya indikasi kecurangan atau penyalahgunaan oleh Pembeli.

  4. Hati-hati dengan pihak yang bertindak mengatasnamakan Pihak Penyelenggara. Pengumuman untuk Pembeli yang berhasil hanya akan akan dilakukan melalui akun resmi Shopee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROGRAM FLASH SALE BIG RAMADAN SALE (BRS) 5 MOBIL & 5 MOTOR

  1. PT Shopee International Indonesia ("Shopee") organizes the Flash Sale 5 Mobi dan 5 Motor Rp 1000 Product program ("Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program") where users have the opportunity to purchase motorcycle products (each a, “Product”) with the terms and conditions listed on this page ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of each and all Shopee Policies.

  2. The Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program is organized by Shopee, in collaboration with PT AirPay International Indonesia and PT Bank Seabank Indonesia (all together with Shopee are referred to as the "Organizing Party").

  3. Buyer is the owner of an Account whose account is used to successfully check out the Products on the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program. By participating in this Program, the Buyer will be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.

  4. Buyer understands and agrees that: a) Users will have the opportunity to purchase a Product in the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program, which will be held in March, at 2,3 14, 17, 24 and 25 2025. b) Regarding payment methods, please note that (i) for Product releases on March 17 that starts at 21.00 & 21.30 on the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program in Shopee Live, payment must use Seabank & ShopeePay, while on March 24 at 21.00 payment must use Seabank only. On March 24 & 25 at 21.30 and 20.00 WIB must use the ShopeePay payment method. Furthermore (ii) for Product releases on March, at 2, 3, 14 2025 on Shopee Live, payment can use all payment methods available at Shopee Platform except Cash on Delivery (COD) c) Buyers cannot choose the specifications, types, & colors of Products that are successfully checked out. d) Shopee will verify the Buyer's identity info. Shopee reserves the right to cancel orders in accordance with its sole discretion if there are indications of fraud and/or unusual activities. e) Purchases of Products in the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program, can only be made for a maximum of 1 (one) checkout per Buyer. Shopee may automatically cancel the User's purchase of the Products in the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program if: (i) the User has already purchased Flash Sale Products that have the same gimmick scheme and/or similar products in the previous Flash Sale organized by Shopee; (ii) the User checks out more than 1 of the same product in the same period of Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program; (iii) Shopee finds indications of fraud and/or unusual activities; (iv) there are problems related to verification of User's personal identity data; or (v) the User is indicated to have violated the applicable terms and conditions (including any Shopee Policy), including by opening more than one Account. f) Announcement of confirmed orders will only be made through Shopee's official account.

  1. If the Buyer successfully checks out and the order is confirmed: a) The Buyer shall at all times be willing and able to be contacted by Shopee. The Buyer agrees that the Organizers will contact the Buyer by using the Buyer's information stored on the Shopee Platform. b) Buyers are required to send the data requested by Shopee no later than 3 days after order confirmed by Shopee, including screenshot data of successful purchases. c) All costs related to purchasing motorized vehicles (VAT, PKB, BBN-KB, BPKB & STNK) are borne by Shopee, except for Product costs in the amount of Rp1.000 and shipping costs which are stated when the Buyer checks out. d) The Product delivery process will be processed no later than 90 working days starting after the product is purchased. e) Buyers are required to post 2 (two) times on the Buyer's Instagram social media in the form of: (i) Selfie photos with screenshots of the checkout page no later than 2 days after the product is purchased and confirmed by Shopee (ii) Selfie photos with Products no later than 3 days after the product is received. f) Buyers are required to post on an active Instagram social media account of the Buyer (not a new account), along with testimonials or impressions of successful checkout messages in the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program. Buyers must tag the @Shopee_ID with hashtag #BRSFlashSale5Mobil5Motor, #BRSFlashSaleShopee and #BRSShopeeLive. . g) The Organizer and its affiliates or other parties appointed by it have the right to request and use the voice, image, photo and name of the Buyer for publication purposes in any form of media, including advertising, marketing or promotional materials, for an unlimited period, either before or after the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program period without any additional compensation or prior notification to the Buyer. The Buyer hereby agrees to such use by the Organizer, its affiliates or other parties appointed by the Organizer.

  2. Employees and/or Immediate Family of Shopee Employees and affiliated Companies are not allowed to participate in and/or win Competitions organized by Shopee. In the event that Employees and/or Immediate Family of Shopee Employees intentionally or unintentionally win a Competition organized by Shopee, the Competition prize will be canceled and must be returned to Shopee. In the event that a Shopee Employee and/or Employee's Immediate Family wins a Competition and it is later discovered that there was interference from other Employees in arranging the win, the Employee concerned will be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

  3. Shopee's decisions on all matters related to the Flash Sale BRS 5 Mobil & 5 Motor Program are absolute and cannot be contested. Shopee reserves the right to change the applicable Terms & Conditions as well as terminate the program without prior notice to any party. Shopee reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel and/or recall orders if Shopee finds any indication of fraud or abuse by the Buyer.

  4. Be careful with parties claiming to be acting on behalf of PT Shopee International Indonesia. Announcements for successful Buyers will only be made through Shopee's official account.
