This coffee has a very complex and layered floral notes such as Jasmine, Chamomile, and Coffee Blossom in the aroma. When you drink it, you will realize this coffee is more than delicious. The unique thing about this coffee is the variety, 74160. This variety is a selection produced by the Jimma research centre. It’s selected from wild plants in the Metu-Bishari forest in the Illubabor zone in Western Ethiopia. The 74160 variety is known to have very pronounced citrus and floral notes. We really love this coffee and we are pretty sure you’ll like it too. This coffee is a very good example of high quality sweet Ethiopian coffee. Drink it in the morning and your day will be awesome.
